Order Processing
We prepare and dispatch orders from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability or during busy periods such as sales and holidays.
Shipping and Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 working days, depending on your location.
We do our best to ensure fast and efficient delivery. However, delays can sometimes happen due to factors like weather, busy periods, or customs checks on international shipments.
Delivery Areas
We offer free worldwide home delivery.
Delivery Method
All orders are delivered directly to your home address.
We currently do not offer parcel shop (pick-up point) delivery.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your delivery in real time through our website’s “Track My Order” section.
Note: Your tracking number may not be active straight away. Usually, it takes 2 to 3 working days for the carrier to update the tracking information.
Package Not Received
If your order status shows as "delivered," but you have not received it:

Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us at support@celyssia.com.
We will guide you through the process for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Incorrect Delivery Address
If you’ve made a mistake in your delivery address, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order.
After this time, we won’t be able to make any changes, as your order will already be in preparation or dispatch.
