Returns & Refunds

Returns Period

You have 30 days from receiving your item to exercise your right to cancel and request a return, in line with French law (Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code).

Please note, returns cannot be accepted after this period.

Returns are completely free – we cover all costs with no extra charges to you.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must have its original tags and packaging.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@celyssia.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will then send you instructions on how to proceed. Returns are entirely free and all costs are covered by us.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@celyssia.com so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available free of charge. If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@celyssia.com with your order number and the item you’d like in exchange.

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return the original item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Partial Returns

If you ordered multiple items, you can return some of them as long as they meet the eligibility conditions listed above.

Processing Time

Returns processing can take up to 7 working days after we receive the item at our warehouse. You’ll get an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at support@celyssia.com

Gift cards are non-refundable as they do not constitute tangible goods.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before the refund is posted.

  3. Check with your bank; some processing times can be longer than expected.
